As expected, the sparring session between social media stars KSI and Speed proved to be a mismatch.

The pair decided to spar at the exact same time as Jake Paul fought Andre August on Friday night, as KSI's way of getting one over on his long-time bitter rival.

KSI has had a number of high-profile fights, beating YouTubers such as Logan Paul and Faze Temperrr, while Speed has no experience in the sport.

And the sparring session was not particularly competitive, as KSI mainly only threw shots to the body, but still managed to drop Speed on a number of occasions.

As such the fight was stopped early, as KSI clearly didn't want to keep beating Speed up for no reason.

After the session, KSI told Speed: "You showed good heart, it takes a big man to get in the ring with me... I'm proud of you."

But, Speed was not willing to finish there, calling for the fight to continue and repeatedly shouting: "It's not over, bro," and he appeared to be crying afterwards.

Speed then left the venue, refusing to shake hands with KSI, although it is likely this was more for entertainment value rather than being genuinely upset.

Meanwhile, over in Orlando, Florida, Paul pulled off a stunning win over professional boxer Andre August.

In the first round of the fight, Paul landed a crushing uppercut that left his opponent unconscious on the canvas.

After the fight, Paul refused to call out KSI, saying that he didn't want to give attention to people who he believed did not want to fight him.

And instead, the American promised to keep fighting boxing prospects, as he continues on his ambitious journey towards becoming a world champion.
